Splashy Canada 150 Celebrations Mean Free Outdoor Swimming All Summer Long In Edmonton

Planning on packing up your swimsuit and towel to grab a sweet tan this summer? You could drive an hour out of the city to compete for a spot on the beach. Better yet, strap on your flip flops and head just down the road to one of Edmonton’s rocking outdoor pools!

Even better? It’s all completely FREE this summer. For Canada’s 150th anniversary, Edmonton is celebrating with some carefree Canadian swimming.  Starting on July 1st, admissions at outdoor pools across the city are being waived. Of course, when you’re turning 150, birthday celebrations aren’t a one-day event so you can enjoy this sweet deal all summer long.
