World’s Largest Trick or Treat Festival @ West Edmonton Mall

Date: October 31st. The kids will love you for this. Armed with a bag of candy and a map, you’ve got all of West Edmonton Mall to explore in the quest to acquire more candy! How genius is this? Participating retail locations will also be handing out candy, so make sure you bring your biggest pillowcase!

Deadmonton Haunted House @ 10233 Jasper Avenue

Date: Every day until the 31st., wrapping up November 3 – 5th.What else needs to be said about what is certainly now a stone-cold YEG classic? The old Paramount plays host to a huge cast of devilish ghouls, spirits, and one cranky caretaker looking to cause enough ruckus to remind packed crowds just what they’re dealing with. This is a haunted house worth dying for.

The Bear’s 25th Halloween Howler @ Shaw Conference Centre

Date: October 27 Some Halloweens, you’d rather just forget about the ghastly hoopla and just party hard. Fortunately, you have the chance to do that at the Bear’s Halloween Howler. Featuring The Offspring with a stock of other entertainers and some fantastic contest offers – including one for an all-inclusive vacation to Jamaica’s very own Royal tone White Sands – you’re in luck if you’re looking for a guaranteed yearly rager.

Halloween Howler Pub Crawl

Date: October 28 Sticking to the Howler theme for a quick moment…if you’re still looking for plans, you can never go wrong with a pub crawl, right? Described as Edmonton’s biggest Halloween party with an estimated 5000 parties and 100 buses canvassing 12 bars on both sides of the river, the only word that comes to mind is carnage. Prepare your livers!
